Kondengui: A New Conspiracy Against Atangana Mebara Unveiled
According to sources close to the Ministry of Justice, a list of some eperviables is in full preparation to allow some to enjoy a presidential pardon. A decision that could occur before the presidential election.
In this list where we find names like those of Iya Mohamed, Ondo Ndong, Inoni Ephraim and 04 other names, that of the former Minetat Sgpr would have been removed discreetly under the pressure of some clutches close to Biya. Jean Marie Atangana Mebara still being feared in the eyes of several pundits of the regime.
Recall that in 2012, the Tribunal de Grande Instance with as chairman of the collegiality that judged him, the brilliant and highly respected SCHLICK after recognizing him NOT GUILTY had ordered his release pure and simple.
Only, 03 days after this verdict, while Mebara was waiting for his release, Judge Pascal Magnanguemabé will go down to Kondengui Central Prison to give Jean Marie Atangana Mebara a new arrest warrant.
Recall that Mebe Ngo'o aka baby dog at the time Mindef, had bragged at the time to have made a newsletter that explained to the president why Mebara did not go out of prison.
Subsequently, the African Court of Human Rights recognized that the former SGPR was illegally detained and ordered his immediate release while demanding compensation of 400 million CFA francs in damages to the victim Mebara and so far Cameroon is making a mockery of this decision.
Finally, the Supreme Court of Cameroon decided to overturn the decision that confirmed his conviction on appeal and 03 days before the reading of the verdict, all collegiality has been replaced as if by magic!
Paul Biya has the duty to ensure the rule of law in our country so as not to frustrate some citizens! And to those who are at the helm of the judiciary today and who manipulate it according to their personal interests.
