New Decree: Paul Biya Creates A Higher Teacher Training College In Bertoua

A decree of the Head of State read yesterday Monday, January 08, 2018 on the radio Crtv radio at 17:00, also created a faculty of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences in Garoua (Northern region).

The two regions benefiting from supra confere schools have the distinction of being the only ones not to have state universities within them.

But beyond an act that in itself is a good thing, experts strongly criticize these initiatives which to their liking, are done without preparation. 

"A Faculty of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences requires a lot of advanced resources and infrastructure, logistical approximations are not allowed in applied sciences," says a university teacher.

And for the policies, the acts of Paul Biya are only a desire to seek the affection of the people on the eve of the elections, given the defeat and in all respects its almost 36 years of reign in the head of Cameroon.
