"The Minister of Finance and the General Delegate for National Security, are each responsible for the implementation of the provisions of this Order" concludes the act of the President of the Republic which does not specify, however, the nature of the offense allegedly committed by Commissioner Luc Sylvain Nyallanke.
However, it is noted that this is the first public decision of the Head of State since his return to the country after a long stay abroad.

Before being appointed in 2014 at the head of the 14th district police station in Yaoundé, Nyallanke Luc Sylvain was brigade chief in the special division for the control of services.Paul Biya Makes His First 'Victim' After his Return From Geneva
