Biya Secretly Sacked An Anglophone General

There is no good agreement between the Cameroonian military icon, General Ivo Desancio Yenwo and his boss, Paul Biya, President of the Republic of Cameroon.

According to a source of confidence, the famous General Ivo was secretly sacked from the Cameroonian army and left the country for an unknown destination.

One of the French tabloids last week exposed the leaders of the frontline of the struggle in southern Cameroon. The site tried to differentiate the general Facebook Ivo Tanku from the military general Ivo Yenwo (all South Cameroonians) by presenting the military general Ivo as the director of the Presidential Guard, while the truth is technically false.

It should be noted that in December 2016, our sources in Etoudi had hinted that President Paul Biya (out of growing suspicion for senior Anglophone military officials) had increased his personal security by silently replacing General Ivo Desancio Yenwo with a Lieutenant Beti at the Presidential Security Department.

Our source revealed that, despite its silent withdrawal, the general was continually considered a threat to the system given the volatile involvement of his immediate district of Bui in the struggle of southern Cameroon.
Therefore, there were very high suspicions that he might not be in favor of security measures decided by Yaoundé against his people. Its silent withdrawal could imply the disclosure of military secrets to the population of Cameroon. On these bases among others, a plot to eliminate it was hatched by his colleagues.

No longer at the head of the presidential security, General Ivo was instructed to lead a small contingent for a mission in the Far East region of The Republic, affected by Boko Haram, with substantive plans already finalized for the assassination and blame the Boko Haram marauders.

While in the North, the young officers under his command would have tried to shoot him. Mysteriously and unfortunately for the young officers, the bullets did not penetrate his body. It was at this moment that the military officers handed him all their rifles, and he (General Ivo) suppressed them all after having questioned them about the origin of their action.

President Biya, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces

According to reports, the general has not been seen since the failed assassination incident, a situation that has left Yaoundé panicked, given his extensive military knowledge and his over 35 years of experience within presidential security.

It is even suspected within the military circles of the Republic that the general could be involved in training Ambazonia forces abroad or is planning a conspiracy against the system with the support of some foreign forces, said our source.

General Ivo Yenwo is known to have saved Paul Biya's life from the coup plotters of April 1984, when he tactically escaped from the Presidential Palace using an underground tunnel.

He has been a very closed and trusted security aide to Paul Biya since then and rose to the rank of general and appointed director of presidential security. This confidence seems to have been lost with the outbreak of the Anglophone crisis.

Popular stories among Cameroonians and Southern Cameroonians also argue that he (the general) had been very instrumental in the spiritual fortification of the lion man, having made many nocturnal trips with him to the village of Oku the most feared in Bui County. of Ambazonia.

Does the allegation break the long spiritual and physical cordial relationship between the general and the Lion man at the beginning of the end? Let's keep our fingers crossed as we monitor and study further the events unfolding.Biya Secretly Sacked An Anglophone General
