Cameroon -D.Os appointments:Mr. BIYA calls a prisoner to other duties

President Paul Biya has called Kondengui inmate Mr EYEBE EYEBE André Joseph, sub-divisional officer for Bangangté , Western Region to other state duties.

According to a Presidential decree signed Monday 22 th of May 2017 the head of state appointed civil administrators all over the national territory.

The same decree also say the sub Divisional Officer for Bangangté has been called to other duties.

EYEBE EYEBE who has been jailed in the central prison of Nkondengui since May 2016 for embezzling 4 billion FCFA which was intended to compensate the population of Kribi whose land was used for the construction of the port of Kribi has been replaced by Bamja Djob Aurelian the decree signed by 85 years old President Biya said.

Even after his arrest on 2016,Eyebe Eyebe André Joseph had not been replaced even though he and Seven other chiefs of the commission charged with issuing the payment the population of Kribi were jailed last year.

According to the story, Prior to Eyebe taking office on April 25, 2016 as sub-divisional Officer for Bangangté District,in the Nde division of the West region, he was first assistant Divisional Officer for the Wouri Division in the littoral region where reports says he made hard cash from embezzling.
