Terrence Howard weighs in on South African inequality

American actor and singer Terrence Howard weighed in on the inequality in South Africa at an interview with the Sowetan yesterday (07June2016).

In the interview he said “when you think about it, after 22 years of democracy, the Native land Act of 1913- there’s been nothing given back to the people as a result of that.”

He urged the masses that the imbalances of the past needs to be corrected.

“Couldn’t they give back one or two percent? say we’re giving back one percent into education or two percent into medicals. But nothing has been given back to the people and the land that was taken from them.”

Both Taraji and Terrence are expected to visit Soweto later today and will host a VIP party tomorrow night in Johannesburg before returning home.
