In the sense that we have today a debate that is solid: that of reviewing the form of the State of Cameroon that does not benefit all Cameroonians. We need to engage in governance that allows power to be at the grassroots level, at the local level. "

He believes that Anglophones no longer want to rejoice in the promotion of one of their own, preferring real solutions to the problems they pose. "The problem for Cameroonians today is no longer that the job has been given to my cousin, to our family, to our village. Because you figure Article 2 is not collective, it is individual. 

The fact that we appointed Mr. Atanga Nji as Minister of Territorial Administration is his problem with his children. Because when he puts them to ENAM, not all anglophones will be affected. The appointment of Mrs. Nalova Lyongha does not concern all English speakers ".

Denis Emilien Atangana says that the break-up of the Ministry of Territorial Administration is not a strong signal for decentralization. He maintains that a real debate is needed on the form of the state. He thinks that the present situation only helps the military bourgeoisie, the administrative bourgeoisie. 

According to him, those who argue that for Cameroon is one and indivisible, actually want to say that it is the "budget is one and indivisible". It would be for him for this reason that "people are blocking decentralization and are afraid of federalism".
