Prophet Walter Magaya of PHD Ministries who is being sued by his former concubine Angela Charakupa for US$500 000 for breaking a marriage promise after the two had agreed to have a sexual relationship on condition that the Man of God would marry the lady as his second wife and buy her a house, a car and give her money to start a business.

Magaya unsuccessfully tried to use the same trick used by politicians just after he was served with a letter of demand.
