Man sprays woman with sp_erm in bank queue

A BULAWAYO man who could not control his se_xual urges, has appeared before the magistrates’ court, accused of indecently abusing a woman in a queue at a city financial institution.

 Melusi Nyathi aged, 33, residing at Hostel 2, Vhundu Flats, Makokoba, pleaded guilty when he appeared before Bulawayo resident Alice Mashavakure for indecently assaulting Melody Mavhura, 30, of Entumbane, in Bulawayo.

Public Prosecutor Takawira Sibanda told the court that on May 7, at around 2pm, Mavhura was standing in a queue at Western Union outlet in Bulawayo intending to withdraw some cash.

Court heard that Nyathi was standing behind her in the queue.

Prosecutors said Nyathi removed his erect penis from his trousers and rubbed it against the former`s bottom until he ejaculated on her left leg.

Mavhura felt some movement and upon checking, noticed that Nyathi had his manhood protruding from his trousers and that she had sperms flowing down her left leg.

She then confronted Nyathi who apologised before fleeing the scene.

He was later apprehended leading to his arrest.

Magistrate Mashavakure remanded the attacker out of custody on free bail. He is set to reappear in court on May 10 for continuation of trial.
